Remove all loose dirt, debris and pet hair before cleaning the carpet.
Hoovering the floor before a deep cleaning is an important first step to take, if you don’t properly hoover your carpet, all the dust, dirt, and hair caught in the carpet will end up in the cleaning machine that you use. Try to go over each section from a different direction and remove as much dirt that you could.
Remove all lightweight furniture of the carpet. Potted plants, magazine racks, lamps, etc
For liability and safety reasons, do not move any furniture that’s large and heavy. This includes TVs, cabinets, and electronics of any kind. If the customers leave these things in place, please clean around them.
Plan a cleaning route to leave an exit path. It is advisable to begin cleaning from the corner farthest from your exit. Avoid walking over the washed surface until the carpet gets dry.
Please use only a special solution for cleaning carpets and upholstery.
Make sure you use only special products which are designed for carpet cleaners. The use of a wrong product can result in damaging the equipment.
Please pre-treat the old stains with a special product. If you cannot remove any of the stains, please communicate with the customer.
Please make sure to clean all brushes, water tanks every time after you use a carpet cleaner and let them dry. This will ensure a long service of the carpet cleaner.
Please tidy up the room and put everything nicely after providing the service.
