Compensations

eMoppers receive a compensation if any case below happens

* Be aware that in some cases you cannot be compensated for customer’s cancellation. It can happen if you accepted the job for which eMop had a special agreement with the client and you accepted the job during the adjusting it in the system. Please check the booking in My Orders’ before going to the client. 
**You have to wait 30 mins from the start time, call the client and inform eMop about the case via Telegram. Provide a printsreen from your phone with outcoming calls to the client and photo of the client’s door.
***Sometimes if a job is part of a regular cleaning it can be cancelled 4 hours before the start time due to no payment from the client. If this happens then eMop will not be able to provide any compensation.
****Be aware that the compensation for cancellation is not provided if the order is cancelled 10 minutes within the creation.

 

eMoppers Fees

There are one-off fees that eMop charges when you join eMop Cleaning Service Platform and complete the first order.

eMoppers Penalties

eMop supervisor may check any of your cleaning work to make sure your follow the company guidelines. Uniform refers to the Apron or T-shirt. eMopper can use either one or both, however, one item of Uniform has to be worn at all times. Uniform is not obligatory during Covid pandemic.
**eMop insurance policy covers costs for death or bodily injury, or damage to third party property arising in the course of your business including the supply of products (Public & Products liability). The insurance policy excludes the first £250. Therefore, the eMoppers, being independent contractors, are responsible for damages up to £250. In case an eMopper does not admit the fault, eMop makes a decision based on the evidence supplied by a customer and the eMopper. eMop doesn’t cover any damage even above £250 if the eMopper used non-authorised cleaning products from eMop.
*** eMop deducts the relevant amount  refunded to the client due to bad quality service
